CUSTOM ORDERS

We accept orders for personalized items.

Please contact me at maja@worldbmaja.com for a quote regarding price and time it would take to create your order.

I will e-mail all interested customers the approximate time for the order completion and shipment before charging any fees. If the terms are satisfactory you would be able to make further payment arrangements.

We accept bulk as well as private label soap and body butter orders.  If you are organizing bridal or baby shower or just a simple “pumper yourself” party let us know and we would be very happy to work with you to design special product only for YOU :)

Payment in full is required before the beginning of the assignment and all personalized items sales are final.

SHIPPING

It seems like the number one question everyone has always revolves around shipping so here is a summary of our shipping policies. 

First, shipping is not a profit center for our company like it is for many of our competitors.  We simply hope over time to break even on the cost.  Lets face it, the more we charge you the less likely you are to do business with us. 

We ship most of our items via the United States Postal Service, but in order to help keep cost down we will sometimes use other carriers.  Thus we will need a physical address to ship merchandise to since many of the other companies will not deliver to PO boxes. 

In your cart and during check out you will see your available shipping options.  Therefore, you will always know how much you will be charged for shipping.

We use regular ground transportation within the continental United States.  If you need something faster or if you live outside the US, E-mail us for a quote since most of our items can be shipped using faster services at an additional charge.  Some of our items can even be shipped overseas.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

We accept credit card payments through Paypal, and money orders.

Paypal is one of the most popular payment methods on the internet with the invention of online auctions.  They even have an option whereby once you are set up you can have the money taken directly out of your checking account to avoid having to give you credit card information to strangers.  Speaking of that they have some of the strictest security measures in the industry to help prevent fraud and protect you from problems.  Thousands of merchant accept Paypal payments.  You don't have to buy something here to sign up.

RETURN POLICY

We strive to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, but we realize there are time when you get something and it is not quite what you hoped it would be.  We also realize many people are hesitant to purchase things online out of fear they won't like what they get.  With that in mind we have instituted a fairly liberal return policy.  If for any reason you don't like an item you get from us you can return it to us in its original package in resalable condition within 30 days of placing your order and we will gladly refund you the original purchase price (not including freight) or give you credit towards your next purchase.  Please remember that custom orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.

All beauty products - soaps and body butters, as well as custom made sweater coats - are not returnable.

We inspect all products for damage before they shipped out of our store.  We also take every precaution to make sure your purchase gets to you safe.  However, accidents do happen.  If on the odd chance you get an item that has been in damaged in shipping you will need to notify your carrier immediately.  After doing so you can then contact us.  Most carriers will reimburse you for damage caused by shipping, but in the odd case they will not we will do our best to rectify the situation and make you happy.

In the unfortunate event that you are forced to return something, you will need to contact us using our contact page or at maja@worldbymaja.com for a return authorization number and shipping instruction. We do not accept any returns without prior authorization.

ALLERGIES

If you are pregnant or breast feeding or if you have allergies, please check with your doctor before using our products since they contain many herbal extracts and oils.

All personalized item sales are final.
